Mission

At PGF, our mission is to empower and nurture the inherent gifts and talents of vulnerable children, particularly those within orphanages, enabling them to confidently navigate society. We strive to provide holistic support, fostering their abilities and preparing them for a self-sustaining future.

To activate, develop, expose, explore, and bring to manifestation the unique multifaceted giftings in the lives of disadvantaged children and empower them for life through the vehicle of creative arts and Excellence.

Prince Chris Shalom Oto-Obong

Chris Shalom Oto-Obong has an extensive 20-year background in NGO work, starting from his early days in secondary school. His journey began in 1997 when he was elected Vice President of the Save The Children Campaign (STCC), a faith-based NGO. He played a pivotal role in founding the Public Sector wing (Joshuas Army) of the campaign and served as its pioneer President. Over the years, he expanded this wing to other states and held various positions within STCC, including District Coordinator and Assistant State Coordinator before resigning in 2010.

In 2016, he founded the El-Succoth El-Charis Foundation, focusing on assisting Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the FCT.

Additionally, as a pioneer staff member of Protection Plus Services Limited, he established key departments and played essential roles in the organization’s development. His responsibilities included journey management, crisis management, and personal protection for foreign dignitaries, ex-presidents, ambassadors, and Nigerian executives. His roles evolved from Personal Assistant to Business Head and Regional Manager, overseeing both Northern and Southern regions of the organization.

Chris Shalom is a skilled security, logistics, peace, and conflict resolution professional. He holds certifications in Security Risk Management, Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Conflict Resolution Management, among others, and is actively pursuing further certifications in Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Project Management (PMP). He’s involved in various professional associations and academies related to security, peace, and industrial safety, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Tonye Chris Shalom

Tonye hails from The treasure base of the Nation, Rivers State – Nigeria. She studied law at the prestigious Madonna University Okija, in Anambra State, and thereafter, proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (NBAWF).
She is the Principal Partner at Temple of Justice Attorneys and Associate and an Associate Counsel at Raphael Adakole and Co.
She is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Secretary of Prodylos Giftings Foundation, a Board member of Safe Arts African Foundation (SAAF), and Secretary of Pay Africa for Arts Foundation. (PAFA), CEO at Splendara Foods and Allied Services, A food company based in Abuja.
She is a humanitarian who gives life to every organization she belongs to. Resilient and persistent in all her endeavors until she gets the best.
She is presently pursuing a master’s in law at the University of East London.

Hope Bassey

Hope is an Information Technology Specialist with 15 years of designing and deploying Telecommunication, Educational, and Security solutions.

He has held and currently occupies managerial positions in some organizations with great track records of success. He sits on the Board of Directors of some organizations amongst which are Multinegotium Limited, Servers and Served, Realpay Nigeria Limited, amongst others. He also sits on the Board of Trustees of Safe Art Africa Foundation alongside the Prodylous Gifting Foundation.

Mr. Bassey holds a Masters Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the Universidad Catolica San Antonio de Murcia, Spain, and a Post Graduate advanced diploma in Business with Information Technology Specialization from Cambridge International Qualification, amongst several other IT certifications.

Mr. Bassey is the key Architect behind several Software Security solutions and Applications that transformed some of our country’s banking solutions, the Agricultural sector, and the telecommunications industry.

Josh Ochogwu

Mr. Josh Ochogwu is a Licensed Biotechnologist, An Entrepreneur & Community Development Consultant, a Purpose Builder & Life Coach, Founder; Real Dad’s Inc. and a Program Manager @Medicaid Cancer Foundation.
Over the years, Mr. Ochogwu has actively been involved in the humanitarian space both at the grassroot and national level, with organizations like Catholic Relief Service, Society for Family Health, National Malaria Elimination Program (NMEP), Medicaid Cancer Foundation; in collaborations with WHO, UNICEF, AFENET, NPHCDA and others.
Mr. Ochogwu holds a BSc. Btech. in Biotechnology from University of Jos, advance diploma in Project Management in Global Health from University of Washington and several other certifications that puts him at advantage as a key player in his industry.
Currently, he is a Program Manager at Medicaid Cancer Foundation where he is very instrumental at several advocacy campaigns against cancer and many other health related issues in Nigeria and Africa at large. A few amongst many of these are; #WalkAwayCancer, Art4Cancer, #PACE and many other community outreaches.
